All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Shipping time is 7–10 business days after processing. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

To provide faster shipping, we utilize warehouses in different locations. Your items may arrive in different packaging and with separate tracking numbers.

Domestic Shipping Rates (Contiguous US Only)

  • Orders under $50: $9.99 shipping rate applies at checkout.

  • Orders over $50: Free shipping.

Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges – Return Policy

We accept returns if notified within 7 days of item delivery, and if the item is unused and in its original condition.

  • Refunds are issued as a store credit via E-Gift Card.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping.
